The MIPIM Asia Awards will be rewarding 39 projects (3 projects in each of the 13th categories). The jury's vote combine to the online vote will determine the ranking (Gold, Silver or Bronze).
Select your category and fill out the pre-entry form. It's free and require only a few minutes. We will inform you about the eligibility of your project by email.
To enter in the competition, your project must be completed between 2023 - 2024. Except for the Best New Development and Best New Mega Development categories (construction starting in 2023-2024) and Best Urban Regeneration Project (project or one phase completed in 2024).
There is no limit on the number of submissions per company, and one entry can be sent in several categories as long as it meets all the eligibility requirements stipulated in the present rules and separate submissions are prepared. Make sure to adjust your application to suit each category and don't just duplicate it.
The pre-entry form to verify if your project is eligible is free.
Once Entrants are judged eligible they must pay an entry fee of USD 650 for each project submitted. Entry fees are not refundable, regardless of the results of the jury’s selection, the evolution of the Covid-19 situation or any other force majeure as the Awards ceremony will be held in any case, physically or virtually.
In October 2024, the jury will meet to shortlist three winners in each category. If you are part of the winners, your initial contract will be valid for your winner contract, and you will automatically be invoiced for the complementary fee for winners of USD 4,190.
The invoice for the entry fees will be issued and sent after reception of your signed contract. Make sure to add the right contact and billing information as the invoice is sent automatically by using the completed information.
The final vote that will determine the ranking is made up by 1/3 by the public (MIPIM registered delegate) and 2/3 by the jury.
To help you boost the public visibility of your project, you can choose to take a "visibility booster package".
There are 2 different packages, "Vote & visibility booster" or "Vote booster", which will give you greater visibility on our website, mailings and the awards gallery, among other things. A detailled presentation will be send to all the winners.

If MIPIM Asia is held physically, each winners must be registered to the MIPIM Asia summit and send at least one official project representative to the MIPIM Asia Awards Gala Dinner to collect their award and give a short thank you speech on stage.
